Having grown up off the grid in the pristine luxury of nature, learning to swim in the cleanest rivers, playing in the oceans, and frolicking in the redwood trees while also being immersed in luxury culinary experiences–5 hour meals at 5 star restaurants and landing in the lush beds of 5 star hotels– I carry the code of belonging…

Being raised off the grid, society did not taint the purity of me in my early years, and I have carried feeling safe to just BE me into adult life, which makes me a transmission for you feeling safe to be you. This has not come without challenges. We all have wounds, traumas, and lessons we are meant to walk through…

At age 19, I downloaded enlightenment (experiencing enlightenment and holding enlightenment are very different) on the dance floor of a rave. My life changed overnight.

Since that night, on my over 20 year spiritual journey, I have healed anxiety, OCD, teenage alcoholism, seeking saving in boys, obsessing, ruminating, judging, overthinking, and over intellectualizing. I have softened my defenses, protectors and addictive behaviors, even the sneakiest ones, and released them…

I have processed the sneaky and subtle trauma from my nervous system and rewired it out of scarcity, survival, and fear and into connection, abundance, and expansion, which has led me to create a 7 figure healing business in 3.5 years and a life that unfolds with joy, magic, and pleasure every single day.

It all came back to having the safety in my nervous system to connect, be seen, expand, receive, and just BE.

Feeling safe to belong has been key in embodying my wisdom, magic, and power, and it is for you as well.

When I enter any space I feel as though I belong– no hiding, fear, insecurity, I simply belong. This does not mean that every space is for me. It simply means that I do not “other” myself. I know that I belong because I do. 

As a leadership and nervous system mentor, spiritual guide, healer, and clinically trained therapist with a master’s degree in Counseling and Depth Psychology, trauma-informed training with Dr. Gabor Maté in his Compassionate Inquiry method, two decades teaching yoga, breath-work, and meditation, and having walked through the fire over and over so you don’t have to, I guide you to heal, expand, spiritually transform, and master energetics so you feel safe to embody absolute freedom, joy, connection, love, and expansion.

Recently, a deep remembering came through me of a time when the divine feminine was revered, sought after, and honored. A time when humans were taught how to channel their power through energetic mastery where we were connected to our  divinity and held others to it as well. 

This remembering has deepened my mastery of energetics, magic, and sealing up the energy leaks that have been normalized in our world (gossiping, worrying, overthinking, overdoing, busyness, social media scrolling, binging TV shows, berating men, criticizing women, victimhood, etc…)

You are meant to be filling your cells with golden light everyday and to hold others in that same reverence. This is a deep honoring of your being, body, breath, and feeling safe to be truly alive.
