Grounded in my academic foundation with a Master’s in counseling and depth psychology and a deep understanding of spirituality, metaphysics, and the human heart, I bridge ancient wisdom with science, somatic practices with attunement, and nervous system healing with energetic mastery. My mastery in these areas allows you to shift at a cellular and DNA level.

At age 19, I downloaded enlightenment on the dance floor of a rave (experiencing enlightenment and embodying enlightenment are very different states of being). I spent over 20 years on a spiritual journey where I became a yoga and meditation teacher, clinically trained therapist, reiki healer, and nervous system master. This led to my creating The Yarrow Kae Way, a unique blend of somatics, psychology, spirituality, and energetics, designed to set you FREE. My trial and error is YOUR gold. I have been through it all so you don’t have to.
I do things differently. When you enter my world it will all click, your body will settle as relief sighs from your lips, and you’ll say “this is what was missing.”
